We have a refund policy that lets you test us out for 4,000 words, and if you're not happy, you'll receive a full refund.
You'll sign up, pay for the 4,000 words, and then evaluate if it's the right solution for you. If it's not, reach out to support and we'll provide a full refund. It's a risk-free way of giving us a try!

NOTE: If you do request a refund, you don't retain ownership of the content completed for you.
Our refund policy is only applicable to your first subscription. If you sign up, and then cancel and ask for a refund, a subsequent activation would result in us debiting your word quota for what was used during your original one-month trial, and you wouldn't have the ability to request a refund again.
Aside from the initial money-back guarantee, we do not provide refunds unless a request to pause or cancel was made prior to your billing date. When this is the case, the words will be deducted from your account once the refund is issued.
Please keep track of when your subscription is set to renew so you can make this change in time! Head to your Subscriptions pageand select "Cancel" and you'll be moved off of your subscription plan and receive no further recurring charges.
Please note that you have 1 year from your cancellation date to use any remaining words in your quota unless you're on our free trial, in which case, you will lose access to your words immediately.
In Progress content will be completed, and you'll have access to all Completed pieces even after your subscription ends (unless cancelling a free trial).
